	Twin Coiler For the coiling of PC wire and spring wire with twin coiling heads. When operated with a shear and divert system, the changeover is automatic and gives continuous coiling without stopping the line.

	Coil Wound More details of the finished coil on a pan winder showing the layered wind within the adjustable guide bars. The coils are easily strapped before removal from the pan for shipping.
	Die and Drawing Block Showing a dry die holder and drawing block with accumulation. The drawing block can be supplied with capstans or shedding capstans and can be stand alone or integrated into harden & temper or PC wire lines. Water cooled blocks are available.
	Pan Winder Twin pan winders shown with hydraulic shear and divert unit for continuous winding and automatic changeover.
	Cassette Coiler Where PC strand is removed from the process take-up onto a cassette type rewinder. The shape of the cassette is accurately controlled to give a precision wound coil ready for shipping. The finished coil optimises the shipping volume and presents a package which allows consistent quality for on-site use.
	Hydraulic Shear A robust, hydraulically operated shear and divert unit gives consistent cutting of the wire at process speeds. The rapid shuttle action of the hardened cutting blades redirects the product between twin coilers or twin pan winders.
	Hydraulic Power Pack A high power hydraulic system has been specially designed to give the power and speed to the shear and divert unit for rapid cutting of high tensile wiring up to 15mm diameter.
	Nip Roll Drive A combination of two or three pair of pneumatically loaded transfer rolls are used on hard & temper lines to drive the wire at various points in the process. The unit features easily replaceable grooved rollers, with the lower rolls motorised. A proven item of process machinery.
	Pay Off A robust driven cantilever pay-off for input or wire to harden and temper PC wire lines and pre-tension and post-tension strand extrusion line.
	Twin Coiler A robust twin coiler for PC wire and spring wire lines. When integrated with a shear and divert system, automatic changeover from full to empty coiling head is achieved at full line speed.
	Twin Capstan For PC wire and PC strand lines where high product tension is needed for the processing of low relaxation PC wire or PC strand.
	Plastic Extruder For the extrusion of polyethylene or polypropylene jackets with PC strand. The strand is greased with a special applicator before entering the extrusion diehead, where a jacket of PE or PP is applied. The complete process line for pre-tension and post-tension strand is supplied.
	Caterpillar Haul Off Belt or drive pad type caterpillars used for pulling the strand in extrusion lines. The caterpillars set the product speed and tension when making pre-tension and post-tension strand.
	PC Strand Stretch Capstan A twin wheel capstan for development the high product tension on PC strand lines. The capstan wheels are mounted at high capacity special bevel helical gearbox. Usually two capstan units are used to develop the high product tensions.
