About PC Wire Lines
PC Wire Lines is a partnership between Keith Russell of Control & Power Engineering and Chris Livesey of Danross Engineering. PC Wire Lines specialises in the design and supply of fully integrated PC wire and PC strand lines. Plastic extrusion lines are also supplied for the production of pre-tension strand and post-tension strand. The two principals have installed over 30 complete process lines worldwide and this expertise is combined with the latest modern machinery design and manufacturing techniques.
There are a number of technical standards for low relaxation wire and low relaxation strand in pre-stressed concrete: ASTM A421 (single wire), ASTM A416 (seven strand), ASTM A886 (indented wire strand), BS5896 and PR EN10138 (European wire standard).
There are few suppliers who can reliably combine complete knowledge of the process with fully integrated plant supply. However, the partnership between Danross Engineering and C&PE does just that, offering a one-stop shop for complete production line installation.
